Some people may even experience “the post-vacation blues”: finding it hard to concentrate back at work, feeling empty, lonely, and stressed.

If we were unhappy or unfulfilled at work prior to leaving on vacation, the distance away may have revealed that now is a good time to seriously consider a change. And even if we are not looking to make a move now, it is never too early to be ready, focussed and equipped for the future. Having clarity on where the journey goes from here is an immense confidence and energy booster.
