nextImpact exists to create a force for impact in the Life Sciences. We unite trusted people and business leaders across the life sciences, from startup to large corporate, delivering future-ready leadership programmes, bespoke career journeys, and portfolio careers that propel impact for individuals and businesses at every stage of growth. Our mission is to enable Life Science leaders and executives to connect, energize and get ready to make their move to their next impact without losing valuable time. We do this by providing a holistic program that includes 3 key modules: Connect. Energize and Make Your Move. All our programs include 1:1 coaching with a primary coach, access to the hidden job market through the core and extended team, guidance on specific topics through selected extended team members, participation in workshops, gaining inspiration from invitation-only Meet & Greets, as well as broader networking events. We use science-backed tools to help navigate change as well as our Team's combined experience navigating career moves from corporate to entrepreneuerial life. The ultimate outcome for life science leaders is to feel empowered, energized and inspired to reconnect with their passion and purpose. Our ambition is to provide a personalized roadmap and journey for every client, leveraging their unique strengths and career ambitions. We enable our clients to get results without losing valuable time so they can make a significant impact on patient outcomes and novel healthcare solutions. Our approach to career transition coaching touches both ends - the people who provide it and the people who receive it.
