Science, people and business have been the connecting thread throughout Stefanie’s career. Her mission is to advance medicine and accelerate innovation through people.

Stefanie holds a PhD in Neuropsychology and built a successful track record in neuroscience drug development. She later carried this scientific foundation into executive search, leadership development, coaching and talent strategy.

Her career has taken her from academia, SME and big pharma to growing biotech companies as consultant, and, ultimately, entrepreneurship. Across these chapters, she has witnessed first-hand how innovation grows when people do. Her focus remains on developing leaders, enabling expert teams to do their best work, and helping companies make the talent and hiring decisions that move innovation forward.

This combination gives Stefanie a distinctive perspective on what it takes not only to advance science, but also to build the leadership, teams and capabilities that allow life science companies to grow.

She works across disciplines, combining scientific thinking with practical, human-centred solutions. As an Expert with the Swiss Innovation Agency Innosuisse, she also contributes to strengthening innovation in Switzerland and internationally.
