Stefano is a seasoned marketing professional, advisor, and university lecturer, with over 25 years of international experience in consumer and retail marketing in Consumer Goods companies. He has partnered with global teams across Europe and North America to design successful innovation and execute go-to-market strategies, cultivate customer-centric cultures, and translate complex data into sustained business growth.
Throughout his career, Stefano has held senior marketing and commercial leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s Pet Nutrition, working with world-renowned brands including Colgate, Palmolive, Ajax, Sanex, and Hill’s. He has led international multifunctional teams, spearheading product launches and brand repositioning efforts that delivered double-digit revenue growth, led integrated advertising and digital campaigns, and driven retail activation programs across multiple markets.
Stefano is currently working as a marketing advisor and consultant, supporting a portfolio of early-stage startups, guiding founders on brand development, go-to-market strategies, and pitch preparation for customer acquisitions.
In parallel with his consulting practice, Stefano serves as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor at the University “Roma Tre” in Rome, where he teaches courses on strategic marketing, digital innovation, and Design Thinking.
