As a certified bilingual Integral™ Professional & Systemic Team Coach (accredited by ICF PCC & EMCC ITCA & EIA), he specializes in executive and team coaching, cultural and business transformation, innovation management, and Agile methodologies. Holding a bachelor’s degree in information systems Engineering and an Executive MBA from IE University, his expertise encompasses business strategy, operations, and various change management & new ways of working approaches including ADKAR, Kotter, Agile, self-management organization, Strategyzer, and Design Thinking.
Throughout his 20-year corporate journey with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, MSD, and Novartis, he has taken on diverse roles, including IT, digital innovation, marketing, capability building, customer experience, digital initiatives, learning management, and internal process optimization. He has successfully orchestrated large-scale global programs, led diverse distributed teams, and achieved significant results in complex international organizational environments.
As the co-founder of Inner Development Goals (IDG) Switzerland and co-author of the first IDG book, “IDG Stories of Collective Leadership in Action,” he is passionate about how leadership development can enable stakeholder value and foster a sustainable future for individuals and organizations.
